With more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare, Katie is passionate about transforming how care is delivered and accessed through solutions that meet the modern demands of both employers and their employees.
At Progyny, Katie plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint across new markets and industries, helping organizations attract and retain top talent with benefits that lower healthcare costs and improve outcomes. She leads the commercial organization with a clear vision: build a healthcare system for women and families that delivers nothing less than clinical excellence, exceptional member experience, and optimal health outcomes at every stage of life.
Prior to joining Progyny, Katie served as Chief Revenue Officer at Crossover Health, where she led the go-to-market strategy for its advanced primary care model. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Optum, where she led strategic initiatives to improve collaboration with health systems, and spent two decades at The Advisory Board Company, partnering with some of the nation’s largest health systems on growth and innovation.
