Geoffrey Clapp
Geoffrey Clapp is the Chief Product Officer at Progyny, leading the strategy and development roadmap for Progyny’s expanding portfolio of high-impact, scalable solutions designed to improve access to family building and women’s health care. With deep experience building innovative platforms that center on patients and providers, Geoffrey helps drive Progyny’s product evolution with the same level of clinical excellence, personalization, accessibility, and superior outcomes the company is known for.
Prior to joining Progyny, Geoffrey served as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy at Optum Health Solutions, where he reimagined and rebuilt core products in renal care and organ transplant, driving significant earnings growth and improved outcomes. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a market-leading remote patient monitoring company—acquired by Bosch—and has led product and engineering teams at several healthcare startups and organizations globally. He is a recipient of Business Week’s Best Product award for his work in chronic disease management and is known for bridging clinical insight with cutting-edge technology.
Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology.
